Tyler Bernabe aka JB Creative

I am a full time content creator and social media manager + strategist. This all started by me being a street dancer who realized that locally, all the talented movement artists did not have anyone who understood their movement actually capturing it and telling their stories. For the past 4 years I have been focused on making small, digestable peices of impactful dance content with various creators not only locally, but globally. This passion for shining the light on others has ultimately led me into crafting stories for individuals, fellow creators, and brands. Different stories but the mission remains the same, to document the experience you'd like to share to your audience in a meaningful and unique way.

The Future Is Nothing Without Documentation

Growing up on the island of Maui and being exposed to Hip-Hop at a young age in a place where the culture really had no home, I felt isolated. Information about street dance was sparse. I've carried this with me throughout my growth as a dancer, and as a story teller. If we don't capture the now, for later, who will? If the work put in today, isn't documented for tomorrow, then what happens to our legacy? How can the next generation of artists and creators build their foundation without understanding the lineage of their craft? This is what drives me to pick up my camera everyday.
